The Daily Workflow
Here’s your new daily customer service routine:
Morning (10 minutes):
- Open all customer messages
- Sort into: Simple / Medium / Complex
- Handle all Simple messages using templates (copy, customize, send)
Midday (10 minutes):
- Handle Medium messages — paste FAQ + customer message into Claude
- Review AI response, customize, send
- Flag any Complex messages for personal attention
Evening (10 minutes):
- Handle Complex messages personally (use Claude to help draft if needed)
- Respond to any international inquiries
- Note any new question types to add to your FAQ
Total time: 30 minutes/day (down from 2-3 hours)
