The Daily Workflow

Here’s your new daily customer service routine:

Morning (10 minutes):

  1. Open all customer messages
  2. Sort into: Simple / Medium / Complex
  3. Handle all Simple messages using templates (copy, customize, send)

Midday (10 minutes):

  1. Handle Medium messages — paste FAQ + customer message into Claude
  2. Review AI response, customize, send
  3. Flag any Complex messages for personal attention

Evening (10 minutes):

  1. Handle Complex messages personally (use Claude to help draft if needed)
  2. Respond to any international inquiries
